We are a boating club with a rich history in Niagara Falls and its surrounding areas, providing its members with a wonderful clubhouse, friendly social atmosphere, outstanding restaurant and lounge facilities, as well as on-the-river docking facilities for its member’s vessels.
Becoming a Member
The vibrant spirit of our club isn’t confined to just formal meetings or organized activities; it truly shines anytime we gather. Whether it’s the electric energy of a Sports Watch Party, the cozy camaraderie of the Annual Red Flannel Cruise, or the lively atmosphere of any of our other fantastic events and parties, a good time is always guaranteed. It’s a testament to the wonderful community we’ve built, where members and guests alike bring their enthusiasm and create memorable experiences. The shared laughter, engaging conversations, and genuine connections forged at these gatherings are what make our club so special and keep everyone coming back for more.
LYC members are eager to sponsor new applicants and help them along the process.
Sponsor must be a Member in Good Standing for at least one year, who knows the candidate personally.
Endorsers should be Members in Good Standing who know the candidate personally.

Application Posting
Application must be posted for at least ten (10) days before the next Board of Directors Meeting to be considered.
Proposed Member Interview
Before your application is reviewed by the Board of Directors, you and your sponsor must attend a brief, informal interview with the Membership Committee. Interviews are held on the second Monday of each month, starting at 6:00 PM. Each interview lasts approximately 15 minutes.
